STONEBRIDGE COS. ADDED Margaritaville Lake Resort Lake Conroe Houston in Montgomery, Texas, to its portfolio. The company will manage all resort operations, including hotel, food and beverage, golf, spa, marina and recreation.
The 186-acre resort on Lake Conroe has 335 rooms, including 32 waterfront cottages and 303 suites, Stonebridge said in a statement.
“Margaritaville Lake Conroe brings together Texas hospitality with the laid-back Margaritaville lifestyle,” said Rob Smith, Stonebridge’s CEO. “With leisure, recreation, and group amenities, the resort aligns with Stonebridge’s integrated resort operating model. Our focus is on driving cash flow, optimizing performance and creating long-term value across the asset.”
The property offers more than 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. It includes a fitness center, spa, tennis and pickleball courts, an 18-hole golf course with pro shop and bar, a three-acre waterpark with pools and hot tubs and a full-service marina with 80 boat slips and rentals, including pontoons, kayaks and paddleboards.
Denver-based Stonebridge, founded by Navin Dimond, is led by Rob Smith as president and CEO. The company named Orkun Aydin senior vice president of operations and Christian Chen vice president of feasibility.
