The SpringHill Suites South Bend Notre Dame Area is now open in South Bend, Indiana. It is owned and managed by JSK Hospitality under AJ Patel, president and CEO.
The 92-suite hotel is five miles from South Bend International Airport and eight minutes from downtown. Nearby are the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s College, Four Winds Casino and the Morris Performing Arts Center.
Amenities include a meeting room, an indoor swimming pool, fitness center and guest laundry facilities.
Lea Kriszt is the hotel’s general manager and Samantha Caggiano is director of sales.
More hotels are opening in the past two weeks despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Last week the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Duncan, owned by Apollo Hospitality led by Vasant Patel as founder and chairman and Mitesh Patel as president, opened in Duncan, Oklahoma.
