Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels recently opened the Residence Inn by Marriott Noblesville in Noblesville, Indiana.

Residence Inn Noblesville Welcomes Guests in 2025

Residence Inn by Marriott Noblesville is now open in Noblesville, Indiana. The 112-key property is owned by Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels, led by President and CEO Sanjay Patel.

The property is near Ruoff Music Center, Hamilton Town Center, and Noblesville Business Park. It serves extended-stay guests with studio and one-bedroom suites, a 24-hour market, a fitness center, and an indoor pool, MHG said in a statement.


"We are thrilled to open the doors of Residence Inn Noblesville and bring Marriott’s premier extended-stay brand to this vibrant and growing community," said Andrew Quinto, MHG Hotels’ chief operating officer. "Whether guests are staying for a few days or a few weeks, our team is committed to providing an exceptional experience that makes everyone feel at home."

MHG Hotels, founded over two decades ago, focuses on development, construction, management, and investment, the statement said. Its portfolio includes brands such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, InterContinental Hotels Group and Choice Hotels International.

In January, MHG made its first purchase of 2025 with the acquisition of the 92-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis Downtown, an extended-stay hotel in the historic Weber Building.

NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP acquired a 35-property Sonesta Simply Suites portfolio with more than 4,000 rooms, expanding the firm's branded long-term accommodations platform. Terms were not disclosed.

The hotels are concentrated in Sunbelt and corporate-demand corridors, Noble said in a statement. The acquisition is immediately accretive, supported by current occupancy, stable cash flow and a basis below replacement cost.
