“Meyer Jabara Hotels is a small boutique firm that serves private owners as if they had a stake in the asset,” Ladha said. “They’re an invested partner, and I appreciate that. The value-added services they provide — from renovations and project management to marketing — are a bonus. These are things I can’t do on my own, and not all management companies offer them.”
The property is less than a mile from McAllen Miller International Airport and near regional medical centers and downtown McAllen, the statement said. The hotel includes a fitness center, business center and outdoor pool.
Chas Henry, Meyer Jabara’s senior vice president of business development and acquisitions, said Hilton Garden Inn McAllen Airport owner Hassan Ladha sought a management company that shared his core values and family principles.
“As a family-owned company, our operating principles mirror his,” Henry said. “We emphasize guest satisfaction, a quality product, personable staff, and a family-oriented environment that extends from staff to guests. It’s a shared belief that everyone does better by treating others better.”
Meyer Jabara expanded its Southwestern U.S. footprint with the addition of this property, the statement said.
Ladha said he valued Meyer Jabara Hotels' team structure.
“Every staff member he’s dealt with has strong expertise in their field,” he said. “Instead of one person handling each function, every department is made up of a team ready and willing to work with him.”
