PENSIONS & INVESTMENTS MAGAZINE included Noble Investment Group in its "2025 Best Places to Work in Money Management" awards. It’s Noble’s the third consecutive year in the program, now in its 14th year of recognizing top employers in the money management industry.
The recognition reflects Noble’s commitment to a culture that enhances its ability to serve global institutional investors, the company said in a statement. The Atlanta-based company is led by CEO Mit Shah.
“We are honored to once again be named among the Best Places to Work in Money Management,” said Shah. “We invest in our people with the same intention and discipline that guide every part of our business. Their expertise, alignment and shared purpose drive our ability to execute consistently across cycles and deliver on our commitments to investors.”
The selection process with Workforce Research Group assessed workplace policies, practices, systems and demographics to identify the industry’s top companies, the statement said. In 2024, P&I included Noble in the awards for its focus on collaboration and inclusivity.
Julie Tatge, P&I editor-in-chief, said the companies on this year’s Best Places to Work list demonstrate a commitment to building and maintaining their workplace culture, as employees attest.
“In doing so, they’re helping employees, clients and businesses succeed,” she said.
Noble has invested more than $6 billion in travel and hospitality real estate over the past three decades, bringing scale, consistency and focus to the U.S. travel and hospitality sector.
Meanwhile, Shah is also the 2026 Arne Sorenson Social Impact Leadership Award recipient from the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the AHLA Foundation and The BHN Group/Northstar Travel Group. The award recognizes leaders who advance social change in the lodging industry and its communities.
