NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP promoted seven professionals across its asset management, design and development, capital markets and client solutions teams. Jeff Pennington and Denise Kauble were promoted to vice president, and Owen Berry and Dewitt Lovelace to director.
David Lesorgen and Erin Sheppard were promoted to associate and Shivansh Anand to senior analyst, Noble said in a statement. The Atlanta-based company is led by CEO Mit Shah.
“These promotions reflect the caliber of the team we continue to develop at Noble,” said Shah. “Each of these individuals has demonstrated the rigor, judgment and commitment that our institutional partners depend on. Developing leaders from within is not incidental to our strategy—it is central to how we build a platform designed to perform across cycles.”
Pennington, named vice president on the financial planning and analysis team, will advance financial planning and analysis and support financial reporting across the platform, the statement said. Kauble, now vice president on the asset management team, will oversee revenue, profitability and asset management strategy.
Berry, promoted to senior director of predevelopment on the design and development team, will advance design and risk management as the firm executes its pipeline. Lovelace, now project director on the design and development team, will oversee the company’s portfolio of branded long-term accommodations projects through completion.
Lesorgen, now associate on the financial planning and analysis team, will support FP&A and lead integration of AI into financial planning processes, the company said. Sheppard, named as associate on the client solutions team, will oversee investor relations and client engagement.
Anand, now senior analyst on the capital markets team, will support debt capital markets, joint venture structuring and transaction execution.
In December, Pensions & Investments magazine included Noble in its “2025 Best Places to Work in Money Management” awards for the third consecutive year. The program is in its 14th year of recognizing top employers in the money management industry.
