Mit Shah-led Noble Investment Group recently promoted John Bianco to vice president of design and development and Ridge Slater to senior associate, investments.

Noble Investment Group Announces 2025 Promotions

John Bianco is now vice president of design and development at Noble Investment Group, while Ridge Slater is senior associate for investments. Bianco will continue to lead development for Noble’s extended-stay platform, and Slater will focus on acquisitions tied to its investment strategies.

Atlanta-based Noble is led by CEO Mit Shah.


“As we continue to grow our institutional platform, these promotions reflect the talent at Noble and our belief that great outcomes begin with great people,” said Shah.

Noble appointed Bianco as the senior project director of development in June 2023.

In December, Pensions & Investments named Noble Investment Group, led by CEO Mit Shah, to its 2024 Best Places to Work in Money Management list for the second straight year, citing its focus on collaboration and inclusivity.

The company has operated in the travel and hospitality real estate sector for more than three decades, investing about $6 billion across the U.S. to drive value creation, job growth, and economic activity.
