Neetu Mistry is managing director for the U.K. and Ireland at IHG Hotels & Resorts. She will oversee more than 400 open and pipeline hotels, lead growth and performance of the UK and Ireland estate and strengthen partnerships with IHG owners.

Mistry previously served as an owner representative on one of IHG’s regional councils, where her insights and collaboration were valued by peers, the company said in a statement. She has experience developing commercial teams, driving portfolio performance and supporting long-term value creation for owners.

“It is a pleasure to welcome Neetu as our new Managing Director for the UK&I,” said Karin Sheppard, IHG’s senior vice president and managing director, Europe. “She brings strategic, operational and commercial experience in the UK&I market and a focus on people and performance. As we look to the future, Neetu will help unlock the potential of our UK&I business and strengthen our partnerships with owners.”

Mistry said she is honoured to join IHG as its U.K. and Ireland estate grows.
