LBA Hospitality Takes Over Sai Hospitality’s 5-Hotel Portfolio in GA & FL

LBA Hospitality Expands with Sai Hospitality Partnership

HOTEL MANAGEMENT FIRM LBA Hospitality assumed management of Sai Hospitality Management Co.'s entire hotel portfolio, overseeing five properties in Georgia and Florida as of March. Alabama-based LBA Hospitality is led by President Beau Benton, and Georgia-based Sai Hospitality Management Company by Nelish Patel.

The five hotels now under LBA Hospitality’s leadership include:


  • Holiday Inn & Suites Savannah Georgia Airport/Pooler
  • Fairfield Inn & Suites Hinesville Georgia/Fort Stewart
  • Best Western Premier Savannah Georgia Airport/Pooler
  • Hampton Inn Naples Florida I-75
  • Hampton Inn Waynesboro Georgia

“We are honored that Sai Hospitality has chosen LBA to manage its full portfolio of hotels,” Benton said. “Nelish and his team have built a strong foundation, and we look forward to bringing our proven management strategies to these properties.”

LBA focuses on immediate operations while establishing a foundation for growth, the companies said in a joint statement.

Sai Hospitality’s Nelish Patel said partnering with LBA combines its expertise with their deep knowledge of the properties and markets.

"LBA’s focus on exceptional service, associate-focused culture, STAR results and strong financial performance make them the perfect partner for this transition,” he said.

"F&B, revenue management and guest service excellence are at the core of what we do," said Farrah Adams, LBA Hospitality’s chief operating officer. "We’re excited to bring our expertise to these properties, ensuring they remain competitive while continuing to deliver top-tier experiences for guests and robust returns for ownership."

In November, 3H Group, led by Hiren Desai, and LBA Hospitality opened their first dual-branded IHG hotels in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the Candlewood Suites Chattanooga East and Holiday Inn Express Chattanooga East, adding 154 rooms.

What makes extended-stay hotels better than vacation rentals?

EXTENDED-STAY HOTELS OUTPERFORM vacation rentals and apartments in comfort, value and sense of home, according to a survey by Extended Stay America. About 79 percent of respondents said extended-stay hotels are like a home away from home, while 82 percent said they offer a stronger sense of home than vacation rentals or apartments.

In the national survey by ESA and Wakefield Research, respondents preferred extended-stay hotels over other options, citing amenities at 34 percent, comfort and familiarity at 33 percent and personalization at 30 percent.
