Who owns Freepoint Hotel now?

MASSACHUSETTS-BASED JNR MANAGEMENT Inc. recently acquired the 121-room Freepoint Hotel Cambridge, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, from Dune Real Estate Partners of New York. JNR Management is led by President Jignesh Patel and Principal and COO Robins Patel.

The hotel is located near MBTA’s Alewife Station and close to Harvard University and MIT, Berkadia said in a statement. The hotel is surrounded by more than 4.5 million square feet of office and lab space, with ongoing area developments expected to drive demand growth.


Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality Managing Director Denny Meikleham and Associate Director John Kluh represented the seller in the transaction.

JNR Management has more than 30 years of combined experience in hotel acquisitions and development, according to its website. The company provides hospitality services aimed at maximizing investor returns, supporting customer relations, and improving operations. It offers investors, owners, and developers a range of services to support growth and asset performance.

Noble Investment Group, led by Mit Shah, recently acquired 16 WoodSpring Suites properties in two portfolio transactions.

The property is located in an Orlando submarket near Disney World, Universal Orlando, ICON Park, and the Orange County Convention Center, the statement said.
