Holiday Inn & Suites Commerce City-Denver Airport is now open in Commerce City, Colorado. The 106-room hotel was developed by NibbleNook Hospitality.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes from Denver International Airport and offers a complimentary airport shuttle, IHG said in a statement. It serves business, group and leisure travelers, with access to area employers, healthcare institutions, youth sports facilities and Denver-area attractions.

The property is the brand’s first new-build hotel to feature its latest lobby design, combining the front desk, order counter and bar in one space. It is intended to simplify arrival and improve operating efficiency for owners, the statement said. Flexible spaces allow guests to gather and connect, while meeting areas, happy hour offerings and a catering menu serve business travelers and groups.

Guestrooms have zones for work, relaxation and sleep, with dedicated workspaces, lounge areas, bedding and blackout shades. Other amenities include an outdoor patio with a fire pit, an indoor heated pool, a 24-hour fitness center and electric vehicle charging.

“Whether someone is arriving for business, beginning a Colorado adventure or simply needs a comfortable place between journeys, we want them to feel genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive,” said Pawan Kharbanda and Mohit Kumar, NibbleNook’s managing members.

Meredith Moore, Holiday Inn by IHG global vice president, said Holiday Inn has welcomed generations of travelers for nearly 75 years with comfort, value and genuine hospitality.

“As we approach this milestone anniversary, we remain focused on evolving the brand for today’s travelers while staying true to what has made Holiday Inn one of the world’s most trusted hotel brands,” Moore said.

IHG’s global RevPAR rose 4.1 percent and operating profit from reportable segments increased 10 percent to $665 million in the six months ended June 30.
