ECO HOTELS & RESORTS launched its new brand, The Eco Boutique, by signing a 20-key property in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The property, near the Aravali mountain range, is scheduled for completion by March.
This is the company’s fourth brand, following The Eco, Eco Xpress and Eco Value, Eco Hotels said in a statement. It targets travelers seeking experience-driven stays in culturally and scenically significant locations.
“With the Eco Boutique Udaipur, we aim to deliver a hospitality experience that reflects the cultural richness and natural beauty of the region,” said Vinod Kumar Tripathi, the chairman of Eco Hotels. “This expansion is part of our strategy to strengthen our footprint in high-growth markets while maintaining our commitment to sustainability, guest comfort and operational excellence.”
Vikram Doshi, Eco Hotels’ chief financial officer, said the signing reflects the company’s approach to expanding into high-demand leisure markets with strong revenue potential.
“This property is expected to strengthen our portfolio by offering a differentiated guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and financial discipline," he said. "We remain confident that these expansions will contribute positively to the company’s long-term growth trajectory.”
Separately, Royal Orchid & Regenta Hotels and Mokkshi Hospitality & Services are developing the 43-key Regenta Place Udaipur, scheduled to open by March 2026.
