VERGE HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT chose Dreamscape Hospitality to manage two of its Marriott International -branded properties. The hotels are Courtyard by Marriott Houma in Houma, Louisiana, and Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Springdale in Springdale, Arkansas.
Located in southern Louisiana, Courtyard by Marriott Houma provides access to the region’s business centers, cultural attractions and tourism corridors, Dreamscape said in a statement. In northwest Arkansas, Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Springdale serves one of the country’s fastest-growing regions, with access to nearby corporate headquarters, retail districts and outdoor recreation.
The Houston-based firm, a sister company of Verge Mobile LLC, is led by President Malik Kheraj and CEO David Gould.
“Dreamscape’s experience managing Marriott-branded hotels made them the right partner as we continue to grow these assets,” Kheraj said. “We’re confident their operational expertise and focus on guest experience will support the long-term success of both properties.”
In January, Verge chose Dreamscape to manage three Marriott-branded hotels in Oklahoma and Louisiana. Dallas-based Dreamscape is led by President Adam Patenaude.
Patenaude said Dreamscape continues to expand its portfolio through partnerships with owners who value operational performance and guest experience.
“We look forward to working with ownership to strengthen performance at both properties while maintaining the Marriott standards guests expect,” he said.
Separately, H.P. Patel-led Krish Hotel selected Raines to operate the Courtyard by Marriott Columbus in Columbus.
