Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown Little Italy is now open in San Diego. The 334-room hotel is owned by Noble Investment Group.

The renovated hotel in San Diego’s Little Italy neighborhood includes more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a Skydeck pool and a health and fitness center, Noble said in a statement.

This investment reflects Noble’s strategy of aligning with trusted brands, executing with operational excellence and selecting markets where we can generate durable cash flow and enduring value for our investors and partners.”

Atlanta-based Noble, led by CEO Mit Shah, has invested more than $6 billion in travel and hospitality real estate over the past three decades.

In October, Noble opened the 124-room StudioRes by Marriott in Newnan, Georgia, expanding its branded long-term accommodations platform.

RAM HOTELS RECENTLY acquired the 91-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus in Columbus, Georgia, from Satori Collective. Columbus-based RAM is led by President Rinkesh Patel.

The hotel, built in 2008, sits on a 3.47-acre site, Hunter Hotel Advisors, which facilitated the deal, said in a statement. The property is near US-80, I-185, TSYS North Data Center, Columbus Metropolitan Airport, Aflac headquarters and the Columbus Georgia Convention & Trade Center. It includes 943 square feet of meeting space, a business center, an outdoor pool and a fitness center.
