CN HOTELS ACQUIRED a 216-room dual-branded hotel property including a Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites, in Doral, Florida. The portfolio was sold by an institutional seller, with Hunter Hotel Advisors facilitating the transaction.
The 120-room Holiday Inn and 96-room Staybridge Suites are adjacent, allowing the properties to capture corporate, leisure and extended-stay demand, Hunter said in a statement. The surrounding market includes U.S. Southern Command, Trump National Doral, Downtown Doral, CityPlace Doral, Miami International Airport and a growing medical district anchored by UHealth and Jackson West.
The IHG Hotels & Resorts-branded hotels offer a shared room mix and amenities, including an outdoor pool, fitness and business centers and 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
“This transaction marks CN Hotels’ fifth acquisition in 2025 and our first brokered by Hunter Hotel Advisors,” said Mitul Patel, CN Hotels' partner. “We’re excited to expand our South Florida footprint and continue to grow the CN Hotels acquisition platform through strategic investments.”

The transaction was led by Sophia Pittaluga, senior vice president and Robert Taylor, executive vice president, at Hunter.
“CN Hotels is positioned to unlock value through the planned renovation, which will strengthen the assets’ market position and support the expansion of their acquisition platform,” she said.
Columbus-based RAM Hotels, led by President Rinkesh Patel, recently acquired the 91-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Columbus in Georgia from Satori Collective, with the deal facilitated by Hunter Hotel Advisors.
