Aravinda Gollapudi is the new chief technology officer at Access Hospitality, part of London-based The Access Group, which provides software solutions for the hospitality industry. She will lead the company’s global technology strategy, focusing on integrating agentic AI to optimize operations for hospitality businesses.

Gollapudi joins from Sage Group, where she was head of the platform business unit and senior vice president of technology, overseeing product, engineering and platform strategy, Access said in a statement.

Her appointment advances Access’s goal of building a platform covering reservations, accommodation management, EPoS, payments, guest engagement, marketing, procurement, workforce management and operations, the company said. She will also accelerate the development of agentic AI that acts autonomously to optimize pricing, anticipate demand, tailor experiences and reduce operational complexity.

“Access Hospitality is evolving rapidly – unifying industry-leading products like Paytronix and SHR into a next-generation guest intelligence and hospitality distribution platform,” said Champa Magesh, Access CEO. “We are also building an end-to-end ecosystem that supports operators across F&B and accommodation. Our focus is on creating a single platform that connects every part of hospitality and delivers impact for operators and guests. Aravinda brings experience in scaling platforms and leading AI innovation and she joins as we accelerate this transformation and set a new benchmark for the industry.”

Gollapudi’s career includes leadership roles at Intuit, Ellie Mae and VeriSign, with experience in SaaS architecture, AI transformation and large-scale platform development, the statement said.

Gollapudi said the hospitality sector is at an inflection point where market opportunity meets the impact of agentic AI.

“I am thrilled to join The Access Group to lead a platform strategy that doesn’t just automate tasks, but reimagines how operators drive innovation,” she said. “My priority is to ensure this evolution is built on trust and transparency, creating an architecture where intelligent systems and human expertise work in seamless harmony to scale the enterprise.”
