Aiden by Best Western @ Warm Springs Hotel and Event Center is now open in Warm Springs, Georgia. The 50-acre mountain-top resort is owned by Kathy Patel.

The 52-room hotel is one hour away from south of Atlanta. Nearby are the Little White House of President Franklin Roosevelt and F.D. Roosevelt State Park, the Wild Animal Safari and Full Circle Animal Sanctuary, Great Wolf Lodge, Warm Springs Vineyard and Winery and Fitzgerald Fruit Farms.


“We are very excited to bring a bold boutique hotel to Warm Springs,” said Patel. “Our hotel brings a new lodging choice that is unlike anything else in the area, and we look forward to welcoming guests with our selection of modern amenities and exemplary service.”

Best Western first announced the launch of Aiden and Sadie brands in September 2018.

Report: Holiday travel up, average trips down

MORE THAN HALF of Americans plan to travel between Thanksgiving and early January for the first time in at least five years, according to a Deloitte survey. However, the average number of trips dropped to 1.83 from 2.14 last year.

Deloitte’s “2025 Holiday Travel Survey” reported that the average planned holiday travel budget is down 18 percent to $2,334. More travelers plan to stay with friends or family rather than book hotels or rentals.
