Skip Adams is vice president of F&B at Stonebridge Cos. He oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company’s food and beverage programs, focusing on concept development, profitability, guest experience and value for ownership groups.

Adams previously held senior leadership roles at Atrium Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality, including area director of operations, where he managed a portfolio across luxury, lifestyle and full-service segments, Stonebridge said in a statement. He was responsible for operational strategy, supporting property leadership and delivering results aligned with ownership objectives.

“Skip brings a combination of culinary insight, operational discipline and owner-focused thinking,” said Rob Smith, Stonebridge CEO. “He understands how to position food and beverage not as an amenity but as a strategic driver of revenue, guest experience and asset value. His experience developing concepts, optimizing performance and building strong teams will be an asset to our properties and ownership partners.”

Adams has held multiple gm roles overseeing properties with more than $20 million in annual revenue and extensive meeting and event operations, the statement said. He also served as director of F&B at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, where he led the hotel’s culinary program to national recognition.

Adams said he is excited to join Stonebridge and work with operators focused on delivering results for owners.

“F&B play a key role in shaping the guest experience and driving revenue across hotels,” he said. “I look forward to working with property teams to develop concepts and strategies that improve performance and guest engagement across the portfolio,” he said.

In December, it named Orkun Aydin senior vice president of operations. Denver-based Stonebridge, founded by Navin Dimond and led by Rob Smith, recently added the 270-key DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek to its managed portfolio.
