Beyond Hospitality selected Lodgco Hospitality to manage its 82-key Four Points by Sheraton in Raleigh, North Carolina.

BEYOND HOSPITALITY APPOINTED Lodgco Hospitality to manage its 82-key Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina. Beyond is owned by Minesh Patel and Lodgco is led by President Scott Stuart.


The hotel is across from the Lenovo Center and near North Carolina State University in the city’s entertainment and business district, the companies said in a statement. It includes a fitness center, outdoor pool and meeting space.

“Partnering with Lodgco Hospitality brings a team whose expertise in driving performance and maximizing asset value aligns with our vision for this property,” Patel said.

Stuart said the company is expanding into North Carolina with the Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena.

“This hotel is positioned to serve both leisure and business travelers visiting the Raleigh area,” he said. “Our team looks forward to building on the property’s foundation and driving performance through our culture of hospitality and operational excellence.”

U.S. EXTENDED-STAY HOTELS outperformed comparable hotel classes in the third quarter versus the same period in 2024, according to The Highland Group. Occupancy remained 11.4 points above comparable hotels and ADR declines were smaller.

The report, “US Extended-Stay Hotels: Third Quarter 2025”, found the largest gap in the economy segment, where RevPAR fell about one fifth as much as for all economy hotels. Extended-stay ADR declined 1.4 percent, marking the second consecutive quarterly decline not seen in 15 years outside the pandemic. RevPAR fell 3.1 percent, reflecting the higher share of economy rooms. Excluding luxury and upper-upscale segments, all-hotel RevPAR dropped 3.2 percent in the third quarter.
