  • The signings support Cygnett’s Anamore expansion via Wyndham’s network.

CYGNETT HOTELS & RESORTS signed two properties in Rajasthan, India, under the Anamore Registry Collection by Wyndham brand. The resorts in Pushkar and Kukas, Jaipur, will host destination weddings and travel, combining Indian culture with Wyndham’s hospitality standards.

Cygnett aims to position Anamore by combining Indian design and guest experiences with Wyndham’s global reach, the companies said in a joint statement. The Registry Collection by Wyndham is a global portfolio of independent hotels and resorts that pair unique character with Wyndham’s distribution and commercial expertise.

“The Anamore brand represents Cygnett’s move into the luxury segment,” said Sarbendra Sarkar, Cygnett’s founder and managing director. “Signing these two resorts under the Anamore Registry Collection by Wyndham marks a step in taking Indian hospitality to a global stage. Our collaboration with Wyndham combines Cygnett’s local expertise with global systems and brand reach, allowing us to build destinations that reflect Indian design and deliver standardised service.”

The first development, Anamore Registry Collection by Wyndham Pushkar, will cover 18 acres with 288 rooms, the statement said. The resort will include 20,000 square feet of banquet space, dining venues, a bar, recreational areas and a wellness retreat, Blum Mudra by Ayurvayaas. The property is expected to open by late 2026.

The second project, Anamore Registry Collection by Wyndham Kukas Jaipur, will cover 25 acres with 150 rooms, 30,000 square feet of event and banquet space, dining venues, spa and wellness facilities and outdoor event areas. Located in Jaipur’s hospitality corridor, the resort will serve domestic and international travellers. It is scheduled to open in early 2029.

Rahool Macarius, Wyndham’s market managing director for Eurasia, said the signings advance Wyndham’s portfolio in India and highlight Rajasthan’s role in its development plans.

“The addition of Anamore Pushkar and Kukas strengthens the Registry Collection’s presence and reflects our commitment to delivering culturally grounded experiences,” he said. “Together with Cygnett Hotels & Resorts, we are combining standards, operational expertise and local design to create experiences for travellers.”

Both resorts are being developed by M/S Turban Landmarks LLP and STurban Resorts Private Limited, reflecting a joint commitment to sustainable and culturally focused destinations, the statement said.

In July, Wyndham and Cygnett signed a 10-year deal to launch La Quinta by Wyndham and Registry Collection Hotels in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The partnership aims to add over 60 hotels in the region over the next decade.
