HOSPITALITY SOFTWARE FIRM Actabl recently introduced new bundled offerings designed to address hotels’ operational efficiency, profitability and workflow management. The bundles include features from its integrated solutions—ProfitSword, Hotel Effectiveness, Alice and Transcendent—providing solutions for business intelligence, labor management and operations and CapEx, Actabl said in a statement.

“We are thrilled to unveil our new bundled solutions, which mark a significant evolution in how we deliver value to our customers,” said Jason Luo, Actabl’s chief revenue officer. “We’ve thoughtfully crafted our offerings to meet the unique needs of properties and management groups of all sizes, providing a comprehensive, scalable, and flexible approach to hotel management.”


The new bundles are marketed to hotel management companies in three tiers: the Base Bundle, providing essential tools for foundational needs; the Advanced Bundle, offering enhanced features for more complex management requirements; and the Premier Bundle, delivering comprehensive, customizable solutions for those seeking to maximize the Actabl platform.

The company said that each package includes training materials, webinars and self-paced courses to ensure adoption and boost productivity. The bundles also streamline operations, including asset management, expenditure forecasting and performance tracking.

In June, Duetto, a revenue management software provider, launched BlockBuster for revenue optimization and rebranded its acquired space optimization tool MiceRate as OpenSpace, with new functions.

THE U.S. HOTEL construction pipeline held steady year-over-year in the third quarter, according to Lodging Econometrics. It comprises 6,205 projects with 728,416 rooms—unchanged in project count and up 1 percent in rooms from last year.

LE’s “Q3 2025 U.S. Hotel Construction Pipeline Trend Report” found that extended-stay hotels remain a key driver of development, representing 40 percent of projects and 34 percent of rooms.
