The 102-suite extended-stay hotel is located near the Gerald R. Ford International Airport and downtown Grand Rapids. Other nearby attractions include MSA Fieldhouse, Frederik Meijer Gardens and Van Andel Arena.

It offers studio and one-bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens, as well as separate living/working and sleeping areas.
