The Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows in Lone Tree, Colorado, is one of three Hyatt Hotels in the Denver, Colorado area that will now be managed by locally based Stonebridge Cos. The other two properties are Hyatt House Denver Tech Center and Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center in Englewood, Colorado.

STONEBRIDGE COS. OF Denver, Colorado, has expanded its portfolio in its hometown by contracting to manage three new Hyatt Hotels. Together the new properties add 388 rooms to the 10,000 rooms in 60 hotels currently in the company’s portfolio.

Navin Dimond is Stonebridge Cos.’ founder and CEO.

The three new properties include the 135-room Hyatt House Denver Tech Center, the 126-room Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center and the 127-room Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows. They are just south of downtown, near Interstate 25, the Denver Tech Center and the Park Meadows shopping mall.

The Hyatt House Denver Tech Center on E. Costilla Avenue in Englewood, Colorado, is an extended-stay hotel with shuttle service to destinations within five miles and more than 1,100 square feet of meeting space. It also has a bar, an outdoor pool, a 24-hour fitness center and guest laundry facilities.

The Hyatt Place Denver Tech Center, located on E. Crescent Parkway in Greenwood Village, Colorado, and the Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows on E. Westview Road in Lone Tree, Colorado, both have free Wi-Fi and parking, 24/7 dining, coffee to cocktails bars, pools, fitness centers and flexible meeting space.

Stonebridge Cos. now owns and/or operates 30 hotels across Colorado. It recently opened The Jacquard Hotel & Rooftop, an Autograph Collection by Marriott hotel in Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood. The firm is also developing a Tru by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton dual-brand property in downtown Denver, planned to open in late 2019.

“The addition of these managed hotels demonstrates our focused growth in the Denver market and provides us the opportunity to introduce more guests to our Distinguished Hospitality philosophy,” Dimond said.

Another recently opened Stonebridge Cos. property in Colorado is the 102-room Courtyard by Marriott Loveland/Fort Collins in Loveland, Colorado. Outside of its home state, Stonebridge in February acquired the 280-room Embassy Suites by Hilton New Orleans Convention Center hotel. The company bought the full-service Embassy Suites on Julia Street for an undisclosed amount in partnership with Walton Street Capital LLC. It is the first property Stonebridge owns in New Orleans.
