Sarah Searls is the new chief customer officer at Choice Hotels International. She has been with the company since 2009 as an analyst.
Previously, Searls spent 10 years with America Online and Time Warner.
In this newly created role, she will lead the company’s marketing and customer acquisition, digital experiences, loyalty, and customer care functions.
Searls holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business and bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in Middleton, Connecticut.
In June, Choice Hotels realigned its executive-level by announcing new hire, promotions and re-positionings.
