NOBLE INVESTMENT GROUP has sold its W hotel in metro Atlanta for $73 million. The buyer is Woodbine Development Corp., a real estate development company in Dallas, Texas.
The 291-room W Atlanta – Buckhead, a luxury brand, is in an upscale business and financial district where Noble Investment has other hotels, including an AC Hotel and a Residence Inn, also Marriott brands. In 2011, Noble Investment acquired a majority stake in the asset.
Mit Shah is CEO of Noble Investment, which since 1993 has acquired $3 billion worth of hotel real estate via private equity funds.
