ELEMENT BY WESTIN, Marriott International’s upscale lifestyle brand, is coming to Music City, and Atlanta, Georgia-based Noble Investment Group is bringing it there. Noble, led by founder and CEO Mit Shah, broke ground this week on the Element by Westin Nashville in Nashville, Tennessee’s West End neighborhood.
The 175-room hotel is scheduled to open in 2020 as part of a 19-acre mixed-use development, oneC1TY. Anchored by Vanderbilt University, three major medical centers and health care providers, several corporate headquarters and Nashville’s Music Row, it will be the first of its brand in the city.
The new Element will be LEED certified and will feature an outdoor terrace with infinity pool as well as street-level retail and dining. The oneC1TY Nashville mixed use will ultimately include more than one million square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, and 600 multifamily units.
Nashville is ranked among U.S. News and World Report’s 2019 Best Places to Live and ranked #7 on Forbes’ list of Top 25 Fastest-Growing Cities of 2018.
