Guest rooms in the Even Hotel side of Noble Investment Group and InterContinental Hotels Group’s dual brand project in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood feature fitness zones with exercise equipment and workout videos.

ATLANTA-BASED NOBLE Investment Group, headed by CEO Mit Shah, has opened a dual-branded Even Hotel/Staybridge Suites in downtown Seattle. The 123-room Even Hotel focuses on guests’ wellness, while the 112-room Staybridge Suites is an upscale, extended-stay hotel.

The hotels are across from the Amazon and Google headquarters in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. South Lake Union includes centers for life science and biotechnology organizations such as the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, the Allen Institute for Brain Science and the University of Washington School of Medicine.

The Even Hotel features the Athletic Studio common gym as well as fitness zones in each room that include exercise equipment and workout videos. The hotel also has more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space.

The Staybridge Suites side is a mix of studio and one-bedroom suites that include kitchen areas. It also has a guest laundry service and 24-hour business center.

The 112-room Staybridge Suites side of the project serves the upscale extended stay market, with kitchen areas in its suites.

“These hotels are the perfect fit for the dynamic and rapidly expanding South Lake Union market that is an international hub and home to a diverse mix of tech, medical and corporate businesses,” Shah said.
