The 186-room Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road dual brand is now open close to downtown Denver.

The dual-brand Tru by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road and Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road is open in Denver, Colorado. It is owned by DIA Yampa Street Development LLC and managed by Baywood Hotels under CEO AI Patel.

The 186-room hotel is close to downtown Denver and operates a shuttle service to and from Denver International Airport. Nearby are Mile High Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Coors Field and the Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

Tru by Hilton is a midscale brand launched in 2016 targeting mostly transient business. Last year, Hilton made some changes to the Tru prototype, including several design “refinements” to guestrooms, public spaces and its breakfast menu, adding hot items and protein options to the buffet.

Homewood Suites by Hilton is an upscale extended-stay brand with studio and one-bedroom accommodations.

Other amenities at the Denver dual brand include an indoor heated saline pool.

Last week, Maryland-based Baywood undertook its first hotel development using the modular building technique, which involves assembling pre-fabricated pieces of the building on site.
