HOTEL DEVELOPER BILL Herrick in early November opened a Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pleasant Hill, California, helping the franchiser’s all-suites division reach a milestone.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton Pleasant Hill Concord is the 1,000th property in the division, reported Hilton Worldwide Holdings.

“With a collective 588 properties in the pipeline, the all-suites brands are poised for continued rapid growth throughout North America, the Caribbean, Mexico and South America,” said the company.

The all-suites division includes 251 Embassy Suites, a full-service upscale brand; 470 Homewood Suites, an upscale extended-stay hotel; and 255 Home2 Suites, an upper-midscale extended-stay offering.

“From our first all-suites property to our 1,000th, our hotels have strived to be pioneers within their respective brands by focusing on delivering comfort, convenience, innovation and a strong value proposition,” said Dianna Vaughan, global head and senior vice president, all-suites brands by Hilton.

The 115-unit Homewood Suites by Hilton Pleasant Hill Concord is in California’s Bay Area. The hotel is a mix of studio and one-bedroom suites. It is developed, owned and managed by WRSJG LLC, led by Herrick.
