The 112-room Four Points by Sheraton is now open in Greensboro, North Carolina. JAM Hospitality, under President Jay “Jimmy” Patel, developed the hotel, converting it from a Comfort Suites.

JAM Hospitality has opened a Four Points by Sheraton near the airport in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Jay “Jimmy” Patel is president of JAM Hospitality, a family business with six other assets in its portfolio. Patel was the 2015 chairman of AAHOA.

Marriott International is parent of upscale Four Points, a full-service brand.

JAM Hospitality converted the property from a Comfort Suites, an upper-midscale, limited-service brand.

The Four Points by Sheraton Greensboro Airport has 112 rooms and more than 825 square feet of meeting space. It has a fitness center, swimming pool and the brand’s signature F&B program, Best & Brews BBQ.

It is near Wet ’N Wild Emerald Pointe and High Point Furniture Market. It is eight miles from the Piedmont Triad International Airport.
