The 120-room Four Points by Sheraton Midtown Omaha is near CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center.

Four Points by Sheraton Midtown Omaha is now open in Omaha, Nebraska. The Marriot franchise is owned by NexGen Hotels under CEO Deepak Shah and managed by Genuine Hospitality.

The 120-room hotel is near CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center. Also nearby are the University of Nebraska Medical Center, Henry Doorly Zoo and Omaha Eppley Airfield.

The hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness center, more than 1,000 square feet meeting space and a business center.

Illinois-based NexGen Hotels recently announced an extended-stay hotel in Waukegan, Illinois. The new hotel is part of a 30-acre Fountain Square shopping district, where four other hotels are operating.

Earlier this month, Four Points Allentown Lehigh Valley opened in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
