Cambria Hotel West Orange is now open in West Orange, New Jersey. It is the first of Choice Hotels International’s upscale Cambria Hotels brand in the state.

The 127-room hotel was developed by Sun Development & Management Corp. under Chairman and CEO Bharat Patel. Nearby are Newark, New Jersey, International Airport, the Port of New York and New Jersey, and Wall Street in New York. Also close are Seton Hall University and Montclair State University.

Amenities include spa-style bathrooms with Bluetooth mirrors, onsite dining, meeting space and a fitness center. Other Cambria Hotels are planed for Boston, Massachusetts, and Portland, Maine.

“West Orange has become one of the top upscale destinations in Essex County, offering travelers access to local and national businesses, universities and leisure attractions, including the Thomas Edison National Historical Park, Turtleback Zoo, as well as dining, shopping, and entertainment,” said Bharat Patel, Chairman and CEO, Sun Development & Management Corporation.

In April Sun Development opened the 198-room Embassy Suites by Hilton Noblesville Indianapolis Conference Center in Noblesville, Indiana, less than two years after breaking ground.
