The 124-room Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Metairie is near Louis Armstrong International Airport, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome and Tulane and Loyola universities.

Fairfield Inn & Suites New Orleans Metairie is scheduled to open in Metairie, Louisiana, on May 15. It will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Baywood Hotels of Columbia, Maryland, under President and CEO AI Patel.

The 124-room hotel is near Louis Armstrong International Airport, the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, Tulane University, Loyola University and the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Each suite includes a work area, living area, refrigerator, Smart TV, task lighting and electrical outlets and a comfortable couch. Other amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a meeting room, complimentary laundry service and free parking for guests.

Baywood Hotels, last month, opened its 10th Fairfield by Marriott hotel in Denver, Colorado, which also is the 1,000th Fairfield worldwide.
