The dual-branded Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites San Jose North/Silicon Valley is now open in San Jose, California. It is owned by Mountain View, California-based InfiniPower Hospitality Group under the leadership of founder and CEO Devang Shah.

Danville, California-based Johnson Hospitality will manage the property.

The 147-suite Residence Inn is an extended-stay property with one- and two-bedroom suites equipped with full kitchens. The 114-room Fairfield Inn and Suites is a midscale brand aimed more at transient business. Both are solar-powered and LEED-certified with an outdoor swimming pool, a full-service bar in the lobby and two meeting rooms with a combined 1,125 square feet of meeting space for up to 72 people.

The hotel is in Silicon Valley, near Levi’s Stadium, the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport, the Santa Clara Convention Center and the San Jose McEnery Convention Center.
