Peter Clerkin is AAHOA’s new director of communications. Alexandra Rodriguez is now director of marketing.

Clerkin will oversee communications, media relations and online media. He joined AAHOA in 2017 and previously served as the association’s director of government affairs communications in the Washington, D.C. office. Previously, he worked on presidential, congressional, and state political campaigns. He has degrees from the University of Kent and George Mason University.

Rodriguez will oversee marketing and vendor outreach as well as the redesigning of AAHOA internal and external publications. She joined AAHOA in 2016 and previously served as the association’s marketing manager. Previously, she worked in marketing in the publishing, financial services and energy industries. She has a degree in marketing from the University of Florida and is a member of the American Marketing Association.
