Tina Burnett is the new divisional vice president of franchise operations at G6 Hospitality, the parent company of Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands. She previously served as the company’s vice president of franchise strategy and development.
Burnett will directly report to Chief Revenue Officer Lance Miceli, who is responsible for brand strategy, franchise operations, and revenue generation strategy and execution.
Burnett has been with the G6 Hospitality since 1998 and she has held multiple roles in franchise development and operations. In her most recent role, she was responsible for domestic growth of the Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands. Previously, she served as the managing director of franchise development and director of franchise development in the western U.S.
“With one of the largest pipelines of any economy brand in the industry, G6 Hospitality continues to focus on accelerating growth in North America, which includes expanding our franchise network,” Miceli said. “In addition to forging meaningful industry partnerships to further our growth opportunities, Tina has been a key contributor in the organization when it comes to providing the best service to franchisees.”
Burnett, who recently appointed to the board of the Texas Hotel & Lodging Association, is an active participant in the Asian American Hotel Owners Association Women’s organization. She holds a degree in business administration.
In February, G6 Hospitality unveiled a new design at the American Lodging Investment Summit.
