Greg Bradley is the new general manager of The Edwin, a boutique hotel being built in Chattanooga, Tennessee, by Vision Hospitality under Mitch Patel. Kevin Korman is the new executive chef at The Edwin, which is slated to open later this summer.

Bradley is the former executive assistant manager at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan, Florida. Prior to that, he worked as director of rooms at The Cloister at Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia. He also worked at Loews New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana; The Greenbrier, in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia; and The Sanctuary at Kiawah Island.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business.

Korman previously was executive chef and owner of Roselie Dining & Seafood Bar in Inlet Beach, Florida, and before that he was executive chef at Santoni’s Marketplace & Catering Company in Alys Beach, Florida.

The Baltimore, Maryland, native now living in Chattanooga holds a culinary degree from Baltimore International College. At The Edwin he will manage the Whitebird and Whiskey Thief restaurants.
